How do the shoes fit?
Our sneakers are designed to fit according to European standards. For further information, please refer to the Size Guide page.
How do I maintain my OTAs?
All information regarding the care of OTA sneakers can be found on the Care Guide page of the website.
How can I know if my order has been successfully processed?
After payment for your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.
If the size is not suitable, will I be able to exchange my pair of OTAs?
You can exchange your pair provided they are unworn and returned in their original packaging. For more information, please see our Shipping and Returns policy. Sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can you save your shopping cart between visits?
Yes, it is possible to save your basket from one visit to the next.
Will I incur import fees and/or taxes if I order from Europe?
No, import charges and taxes are included in the sale price.
Will I incur additional charges if I order from the United States?
Import taxes and fees are included in the price for deliveries under $800; for orders over $800, import taxes and fees may apply.
And what about countries outside Europe, outside the USA?
Prices exclude taxes, import duties, and any customs inspection fees. These amounts vary by country; contact your local customs office for more information.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay and American Express.
Is online payment secure?
OTA has SSL certification to secure all banking transactions. For more information, contact our customer service: contact@ota-paris.com .
Are there any shipping costs?
- Standard delivery in mainland France: free for orders over €100
- Customers abroad or overseas: fees according to the Delivery and Return section.
How long will it take for my parcel to be shipped?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 working hours after validation.
What are the delivery times?
Prices vary depending on your location. See the Delivery and Returns section for details.
How do I track my package?
An email containing the tracking number is sent upon order confirmation.
How much time do I have to return my item?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product.
How do I return an item?
All instructions are on the Delivery and Returns page.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
- Exchange: Return shipping costs covered by OTA
- Refund: costs to be borne by the customer
